My apologies for assaulting your feed readers this weekend! Just one more reason why I should occasionally not be loosed on technology. :) But yes, the big news is that I've finally gotten my new toy, a Canon EOS 30D. Two lenses as well - a 50mm 1.4 (used above) and a 100mm 2.8, both of them just achingly lovely. I cannot wait to use them more!

What that means: I'm going to share, now and then, some photos from my Flickr feed. As well as any stuff I'm learning on the way.

Case in point: I've been playing with a new Photoshop plugin called BW Workflow Pro. Fabulous little tool that has many, many options for both the beginning user and the more advanced - color filters, dynamic ranges, duotones, tritones and more. Well worth the dollars spent.
