Re: How Much Does iTunes Like My Five-Star Songs?
I've found that the answer is "not enough." To help party shuffle out, I created a set of smart playlists. For each star rating, a limited number of songs are selected randomly from songs not played within a certain time period (varies with rating). Another smart playlist collects them all and is the source for my Party Shuffle. It has worked great.
