MySpace: Is 'ghetto' a design choice?

So very, very handy - search by postal code, find restaurants within walking distance. Terrible design, but super idea. Let's hope they tweak the UI.

Ceding the bottom to the pirates means you can price set between mid and top of the range. Or so this theory goes. Interesting DRM thinking. I really hope all this interesting debate filters up to the people who can actually do something with it.
