• Turning Wordpress into a tag-based blogging application
  Really excellent. Had a chance recently to check out Wordpress and, despite my devotion to MT, was impressed. It's what I'll be recommending to new bloggers.
• Search for a job, look like you're working
  Now you don't have to worry about being seen hitting the job boards while still At The Old Job - a nifty Excel spreadsheet that searches for jobs but looks like work.
• Cool/convenient lists to have
  I have several of these. I came away feeling like I need more of them. This always happens to me - exposure to someone else's organization makes me need to improve my own.
• The Elements of Design
  Excellent, excellent beginning overview to the elements of design. If you're new to design, this is a keeper.
