- How to Save the World
Some interesting reading here - boils down to this: customer-focused businesses are more likely to succeed. Sales skills and an ability to create for the customer can compensate for a lot. - BlueForest Exclusive Tree Houses, Tree Homes & Eco-Lodges
These super-luxe (yet relatively green) tree houses are just so cute. Definitely check out the for-adults Treehouse Office. You know where I'm going with this. - Infectious Greed: Neopets, Viacom, & Social Software
I had no idea Neopets was so hugely profitable -- although I should have, the few kids I do know are hopelessly addicted to it. - how i learned to stop worrying and relinquish control
Excellent, excellent piece on giving control back to the user (where it belongs -- ahem). It's got me thinking already. - Rotten.com: our gapingmaw.com and other sites shut in anticipation of 2257
At the risk of sounding political (gasp) I am increasingly happier about my Canadian citizenship in the wake of YADAL (Yet Another Dumb Ass Law). - Angie McKaig: Proud Member of The Lesser Known Bloggers
And still, I get a jolt every time I read something like this. I honestly forget that people other than my dad and my boyfriend read this thing, and that's only because they have to (I quiz them every Friday). - Five simple steps to better typography
Great reading, but what really got me was the totally cute comment design. - Design Cliches
Too funny, some truth to it, and some interesting stuff in the comments.

*laughs* Thanks geeky, and for the plug as well. You know, writing for Digital Web magazine and/or A List Apart was one of those "yeah I know I *should*" things but I just never got around to it. I'll email Krista and see if I can't put my few remaining brain cells to work coming up with a proposal. (For the moment, I can't think of a single topic to write about!)

I've been enjoying your site and insight for a couple years now. Would you consider writing an article for us?
