"How To Ask Questions The Smart Way" has valid points to be made, but it is poorly written. The writer is clearly too full of himself. And that is where some of the problems begin. True professionals don't behave with arrogance like the writer posesses. He is really giving excuses for his poor behavior -- he wants it to appear like he is smarter than he is. Your mother taught you to not be rude, so don't be rude. Anything less is unexceptable and undefendable.
