holiday desktop wallpapers

I am continually frustrated every year by the lack of pretty, simple, Christmas wallpapers on the web. Why is it so hard to get pretty desktops?
Anyway, this year, tired of my frustrations, I decided to make a few of my own. Feel free to download; I'd prefer they only be distributed through angiemckaig.com, however. And each of the images is only available in 1152 x 864 because, well, that's the size of my desktop. Sorry. :)
Who knows? Maybe this will inspire the other designers among my peers (not to mention those with far better designs skills than I) to put finger to mouse and make some other yummy holiday desktops! Who will take up the challenge?

Update, December 2006: Since I now use a widescreen desktop, I decided to update some of these to accomodate 1920 x 1200 resolution. You'll also find a few new ones, all widescreen. Here's the new christmas wallpapers.

Thanks Gordon! Unless the downloading goes insane, no, I don't imagine there will be any need to put them on Deviant Art (I have a crazy amount of bandwidth with my hosting account).
I do hope, though, that I can convince a few others (perhaps Cameron and/or Andrei, for example... hint hint, boys) to play along as well. My little playtime in Photoshop this afternoon just wouldn't compare to what those two could come up with.
