christmas geeky wish list thing

I don't yet have a job that allows me the freedom to work from home whenever I choose, though I occasionally am allowed to work from home on specific occasions. But when I do, oh, wow, this is so me. Yeah, I know it's not healthy. It's not actually till you read stuff like this that you realize just how unhealthy the technology age has the capability to be. Someone really needs to invent a chair that jogs you without jostling you (so you can still read the screen and navigate the computer) and feeds you vegan tofu-alfalfa-ginger-eggplant-quinoa shakes through a really long straw, like those beer hats from the 80's.
Some really great articles on branding and the people who do it from Brandchannel.com.
Accessify.com has some wonderful online accessibility tools like an accessible form element generator, table builder and some favelets worth looking at. Bravo.
Frames - the problems and solutions is a great collection of articles to do with the nightmare that is frames. Good reference for those of us (sigh) still fighting the frames battle at work. The sad part is that there still exists a frames battle (or frames at all, for that matter) in 2002. Ugh.
The Star Wars Photoshopping Project. This just made me laugh.
I've been horribly remiss in not posting a Christmas geeky wish list thing so far, but better late than never. Here are the wishes my geeky heart makes, this year:
- La Scala Bathing and Entertainment Center
- Ceiva Digital Photo Receiver
- Voice Activated 8-in-1 Remote
- DeskMate Portable Fridge
- X5 LED Long Distance Flashlight
- Rollerscape
- ColorCube
- Roger's Connection
- Geek Hoodie
- and of course the rest of the Tech Toys Wish List...
