CNN gets it mostly right: New pop-up spam mail creeps onto desktop. It's not mail, but it is definitely spam. Using the Messenger service for goodness sake. First of all, what is it with spammers anyway? Can they just not sleep until they've found another invasive way to get in my face about the crap I don't want anyway? And let's not even mention Microsoft. Is it really so much to ask that they develop an OS that doesn't subject me to this?
(Yes, I know, I should switch to Linux. Arrrgh.)

Reminds me of the things I read at Kurzweil AI.
This lady and I were looking at the HTML code generated by Adobe InDesign, and I've got to say I'm impressed. It's CSS-layout version created pretty clean code. This will be a godsend for us at work, where most of the creative types are ball-and-chained to Quark. The web? What's that? :)
Same lady and I plan to wade our way through Beyond Borders: Web Globalization Strategies over the next month or so. If only we'd had this a year ago when planning the globalization of masterfile.com! You can peek through Chapter 7 online, if you'd like to read more...
Looking for a primer on blogging? Look no further. I want this just for historical value. Imagine thumbing through it ten years from now. :) Read Chapter 7 online (popular chapter to excerpt, hm?).
