New brain lint today: Cake Decorating. Now, don't be thinking about teddy bear molds and buttercream icing. I'm talking bold visual designs - fondants, bold colours, offbeat shapes, something different from the everyday. A new passion of mine that's been keeping me busy on lunch hours, learning what I can about it. It may seem totally unrelated to the web and my career, but really it's not.

It's all about visual design, working within the restrictions of the medium, pleasing the customer.

If I do decide to drop into this feet first, I'll have to find someone who will be willing to eat all the damn things as I practice! Cake, anyone? :)
