I must say it's nice to see the US courts being sensible about the hypersensitivity of corporations. Lawsuits like this just point to how little corporations like Ford get it. Hyperlinks should be free - not mandated, fought against, or owned - except by the person doing the linking.

An interesting concept in offline content management: BaseML. I'll be poking around this one a bit, trying it on for size.
